Once we checked the apparent, such as looking in the junk of your photos app, which stores binders you’ve deleted from your gallery until its emptied. In the next step, you need to connect your device to a PC and run a File recover app.
Although, there’s one minor problem with that.post-ice cream sandwich versions of Android trenched the Mass storage Protocol that made internal storage look like a flash drive.Bunch of tried and test methods won’t work any more.Don’t fret, because I have a solution to that.
If you’re looking the files for were on your memory card.you can use a MicroSD Card Adapter to attach your microSD via USB.Then you need to download Recuva (Free and paid version). It is a program to recover files.you can also use other programs like Wondershare Dr.Fone and Coolmuster(It requires root). But Recuva is one of the best tool.
Commonly, for most of these programs to work, your memory must be formatted as NTFS,FAT32 or alike. If memory card format is not recognized, you can just copy of its content to your PC and reformat the memory card as FAT32 and then junkyard the copied files back on it and continue the procedure.
While running the Recuva, first thing to do is select the type of file that you want to recover like photos, videos, music and documents, etc. The alternative to restore from a specific location is available and we can even set a specific folder to attempt recovery from.Keep in Mind that Recuva will only display the locations it can literally recover data from.you need to just follow the prompts in the program.
**When we finish recovering our deleted files, you need to save them on a different device to the one from which they were originally lost.Sometimes this can cause dispute and hinder recovery.so if your recovering files from your device.record them on the hard disk of the computer and then transfer them over a while.
If your files on your Internal Storage,no need to worry.we can solve it.If you haven’t already enabled the developer options in Android.you need to go to Settings>>About phone>>Tap seven times on build number.
once you finish that,go into Settings>>Developer options and you need to enable USB debugging. At this time you need to use an app such as Wondershare Dr Fone to scan your smartphone.
